Bookings & payments

Slot availability and pricing are set by venues. Confirmations, cancellations, and refunds follow each venue’s rules and any platform policies shown at checkout.

Player responsibilities

Arrive on time, follow venue rules, and treat facilities and staff with respect. No-shows may affect future booking privileges.

Venue listings

Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, schedules, and pricing. Book My Game may review or remove listings that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

Book My Game provides the platform as a booking facilitator. We are not liable for venue conditions, on-ground disputes, or injuries occurring at third-party facilities.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Book My Game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
